YFF Membership Conditions Policy

1. Membership Is Selective

YFF reserves the right to accept or deny Membership applications at its sole discretion, without obligation to disclose the reasons behind its decisions.

Membership may be based on (but not limited to):

• Alignment with YFF's mission and values
• Entrepreneurial experience or ambition
• Community contribution potential
• Conduct and reputation

2. Membership May Be Revoked

Membership may be revoked or suspended at any time, with or without prior notice, if a Member:

• Violates YFF's Confidentiality Policy or Code of Conduct
• Harms the community, platform, or other Members
• Uses the platform for solicitation, exploitation, or spamming
• Attempts to clone or compete with YFF using insider access
• Falsifies information during application or participation

Decisions regarding revocation are made by YFF's leadership and are final.

3. No Guaranteed Access or Services

Membership does not guarantee access to all features, events, or benefits. Access may vary by:

• Tier level (Silver, Gold, Platinum)
• Regional availability
• Event capacity or selection criteria
• Compliance with Membership obligations (e.g. payment, verification)

4. Code of Conduct

All Members and Guests agree to:

• Act in good faith toward others
• Maintain a respectful and inclusive environment
• Avoid any form of harassment, discrimination, or abuse
• Respect event rules and platform guidelines

Violations may result in immediate removal from events, channels, or the community.

5. Non-Transferability

Membership is personal and non-transferable. You may not share your account, access privileges, or membership card with anyone else. Doing so may result in immediate termination.

6. Payment & Refunds

• Membership fees (where applicable) must be paid on time to maintain access.
• All payments are final and non-refundable, except in extraordinary cases reviewed on an individual basis.
• Failure to pay may result in restricted access or cancellation.

7. Platform & Communication Use

YFF's platform and communication tools are for non-commercial use unless explicitly allowed (e.g., job board, funding posts). Members must not:

• Spam or mass-message
• Solicit products, services, or investments without context or permission
• Extract contact info for third-party purposes

8. Legal Acknowledgment

By joining YFF, you agree to all relevant policies including the:

• Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure Policy
• Event & Platform Liability Disclaimer
• Data & Privacy Policy (if applicable)

Disputes related to Membership are governed under Swiss law, with Switzerland as the legal forum. Arbitration shall apply where appropriate.

9. Agreement to Terms

Your use of the YFF platform or participation in events constitutes automatic acceptance of this policy and all related agreements. If you do not agree, do not use the platform or attend YFF-related activities.
